Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the RO system in its original packaging, including all filters, hardware, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to SimPure

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
